House Rules
– Please avoid eating or drinking in the bedroom. Enjoy your meals in either of the two other rooms or outdoors on the deck.
– Please deposit your rubbish in either of the supplied rubbish bins.-
– Please switch off all lights and electrical appliances whenever you leave the property.
– Please lock the lounge sliding door and close the gate whenever you leave the property.
– Please put the outside furniture cushions away in the lounge cupboard at night, if it rains or when you leave the property.
– Please close all windows and doors when it rains.
– No smoking, vaping, or drugs.
– No parties or events.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is accepted up to 7 days before your check in date. The refund will be processed within 24 hours of the cancellation.

Breakfast:
There is no kitchen but, in the dining room, there is a fridge, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and toaster with crockery and cutlery. We supply bread, jam, margarine, cereal, milk and sugar so you can make a continental breakfast.
Television:
The large television in the lounge has a computer connected to it with movies you can choose from.
Outdoor areas:
Feel free to use the deck, fireplace and garden. They are for your exclusive use during your stay.
